🚫 Order Cancellation

  1. Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at al3la.966@proton.me .
  2. After 24 Hours or During Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled after the 24-hour window or once the shipment process has started.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  1. Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 20 business days.
  2. Extended Delays: In rare cases, due to high demand, shipping may take up to 30 days.
  3. Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 20 SAR applies. No additional fees on delivery.
  4. Note: During this period, the order is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless stated otherwise below.

📦 Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

  1. If you receive a wrong or missing item, please open a help ticket within 48 hours.
  2. We’ll review your case and offer an exchange or reshipment if eligible.
  3. Al3la Store reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy conditions.

❌ If You Don’t Receive Your Shipment

  1. You must contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery.
  2. If a new address is not provided or there is no response, the package may be returned to the source country.
  3. Re-delivery will require you to cover the full shipping cost again.

⏳ Shipment Delays

  1. If delivery exceeds 20 days, you’ll receive a discount coupon valid on all our products as a goodwill gesture.
  2. This is in accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction.
